Christopher \"Chris\" Burrage, Broker

Chris was born and raised in Des Moines, Washington, where he developed a strong sense of community and work ethic early in life. After graduating, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that instilled discipline, leadership, and a commitment to service that continue to guide him today.

Following his military service, Chris returned home and spent nearly a decade working in a variety of roles at a local lumber company. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in home renovations, building materials, and the construction process—knowledge that gives him a valuable edge in understanding the true potential of a property.

Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2023, Chris has combined his military background, construction expertise, and personal experience using VA loan benefits to help clients navigate the real estate market with confidence. Having used his own VA benefits multiple times, he brings firsthand insight to fellow veterans and active-duty service members, while also assisting everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors in finding the right home or investment property.
